Steve Wynn Salon Worker Harassment Suit Gets Revived on Appeal

Wynn Resorts Ltd. and Wynn Las Vegas LLC must face sexual harassment claims by a group of salon workers who say long-time former CEO Steve Wynn used their workplaces as a “hunting ground,” the Ninth Circuit ruled Tuesday.

A lower court properly found in July 2020 that the nine women failed to state viable claims because their September 2019 lawsuit was rife with impermissible “collective pleading,” the appeals court said.
