A full federal appeals court should consider claims seeking to overturn the Trump administration’s firing of thousands of federal workers across 20 agencies, a group of state attorneys general said.
Nineteen states and Washington, D.C., asked the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on Thursday for en banc rehearing on whether courts have jurisdiction to intervene in the firings.
