States of Work: Nevada Employers Face Applicant Pot Testing Curbs

This week’s “States of Work” looks at the signing of a bill in Nevada that will prohibit employers from rejecting job candidates because of a positive marijuana test and a Florida measure that sets up higher hurdles for citizen-led ballot proposals, including an attempt to put a $15 minimum wage plan before voters in 2020.
