The State Department agreed to pay $460K to Mark Lenzi, an engineer who said the government discriminated against him over his Havana Syndrome diagnosis and his public advocacy for victims of the condition.
As part of the agreement, Lenzi withdrew all claims against the State Department, which denied liability.
