Startup Executive Ties Firing to Accounting, Safety Complaints (1)

The former operations chief for a San Francisco-based health food delivery startup alleges she was fired after complaining about manipulated financial data and lodging a formal safety-related complaint, according to her suit filed in state court.

Selena Cuffe alleges that Oh My Green Inc. retaliated against her for voicing her concerns that the company was exaggerating its revenue figures in order to attract investors, and ignoring occupational safety hazards in their southern California offices, according to the suit filed Monday in Los Angeles.
