Starbucks Corp. has violated federal labor law by asking workers whether they planned to participate in union strikes, a National Labor Relations Board judge ruled.

NLRB Administrative Law Judge Brian Gee held in his decision Wednesday that managers at two stores in Seattle, Wash., unlawfully asked individual workers if they were going to walk off the job during planned strikes from April to July 2023.
