Starbucks also agreed on July 13 to rescind requirements for when employees have to be available to work beyond pre-scheduled shifts, and to cease and desist from firing union organizers at the two stores, the NLRB announced Thursday. The settlement marks the first agreement between Starbucks and the NLRB with temporary measures, pending board litigation of the underlying cases.
