A National Labor Relations Board official correctly ordered a mail-in election at Starbucks’ Seattle Roastery, a federal appeals panel ruled.
The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a 2022 NLRB ruling ordering the coffee giant to bargain with Starbucks Workers United after the union won a mail-in election at the mega-cafe.
