Starbucks violated federal labor law by interrogating and threatening workers at a Wisconsin cafe, a National Labor Relations Board judge found.
Administrative Law Judge Geoffery Carter ruled Friday that managers at a Starbucks store in Oak Creek, Wis., unlawfully interrogated workers about their views on unionizing with the Chicago & Midwest Regional Joint Board, Workers United/SEIU and threatened to fire and discipline them.
This is the latest NLRB ruling against Starbucks in recent weeks.
