Starbucks Hits Union With IP Lawsuit Amid Israel-Hamas War (1)

Starbucks Corp. sued the union representing its workers for using the company’s name, logos, and other intellectual property after the group expressed support for Palestine on social media.

The company accused Starbucks Workers United of fueling the inaccurate perception that the coffee giant supports violence against civilians in a trademark lawsuit filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Iowa on Wednesday.
