Starbucks Hit With Fifth Labor Board Suit for Immediate Order

Starbucks Corp. is facing yet another labor board request for an immediate court order, the fifth the agency has filed since the ongoing unionization wave hit the coffee chain.

The National Labor Relations Board regional director in Brooklyn filed a petition Wednesday asking the court to require that Starbucks rehire a worker who was allegedly disciplined and fired for her union activities at a Long Island store.
