Starbucks Corp. announced a timeline for granting pay increases and additional benefits to workers at unionized stores who were excluded when they were first rolled out in 2022.
The coffee giant’s update Thursday stems from a February agreement to work together with Starbucks Workers United on achieving labor contracts and providing a fair process for union organizing.
“Starbucks and Workers United have a shared commitment to establishing a positive relationship in the interests of” its workers, the company said in its announcement.
