Starbucks, Amazon Accused of Diversion Tactics Against NLRB (1)

Large companies like Starbucks Corp. and Amazon.com Inc. are only challenging the National Labor Relations Board’s constitutionality to divert the agency’s scarce resources away from enforcing labor law against them, the NLRB’s top lawyer said.

Elon Musk’s Space X was the first big-name company to sue the NLRB because agency prosecutors “dared” to accuse the company of violating the National Labor Relations Act, General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo said Tuesday at a Roosevelt Institute event.
