The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed suit against the national staffing agency BaronHR LLC, and the commercial laundry company Radiant Services Corp. for alleged discriminatory denial of employment based on race, national origin, and sex, the EEOC said Tuesday.
The agency alleged that BaronHR and Radiant failed to recruit, refer, or hire Black, Asian, and White applicants for low-skill positions, violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
