Francesca Crisera Ruiz rejoined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its global corporate practice group in San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.

Crisera Ruiz advises technology and other companies on M&A and corporate matters, both domestic and international, and focuses on complex cross-border deals, joint ventures and other transactions such as late-stage venture exits and private equity acquisitions involving technology assets.
