SpaceX’s Lawsuit Against NLRB Transferred to California (1)

SpaceX’s constitutional challenge to the National Labor Relations Board’s structure was transferred from a federal court in Texas to one in California.

Judge Rolando Olvera, an Obama appointee in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas, granted the NLRB’s request on Thursday to send the case to the US District Court for the Central District of California.

“This action concerns a California administrative proceeding regarding the actions of a California company and its California employees in California,” Olvera said. “This action should be transferred.”
