SpaceX Keeps Lawsuit Against US Labor Board in Texas, For Now

SpaceX got a temporary reprieve from a Texas federal judge who agreed to pause sending the company’s constitutional lawsuit against the National Labor Relations Board to California.

Judge Rolando Olvera, an Obama appointee in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas, granted Monday the request from Elon Musk’s aerospace outfit to hold off on transferring the case while a federal appeals court considers freezing litigation of the underlying unfair labor practice charges.
