The owners of a Wisconsin salon and spa have promised a federal judge that they will follow a National Labor Relations Board order after they were arrested for refusing to comply with the decision.
Timothy and Carley Dillet, owners of Haven Salon Spa, were taken into federal custody by US Marshals and appeared before the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin Tuesday.
