Six Wynn Employees Bring Sex Discrimination Claims to EEOC

Six current Wynn Resorts Ltd. employees have gone to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission with sexual discrimination and retaliation allegations against the Las Vegas casino operator.

The employees’ claims pertain to the sexual misconduct allegations that forced the company’s founder Steve Wynn to step down as chief executive officer and chairman in February, according to their lawyer, Kathleen England.
