The worker didn’t allege enough specific facts to support his overtime and minimum wage claims or explain how the company, which sells footwear and accessories through its own stores and other retailers, prevented him from taking meal and rest breaks, the US District Court for the Eastern District of California said in an order filed Wednesday.
