Sex Toy Store Adam & Eve’s Hiring Practices Targeted by EEOC

Adam & Eve, the popular Raleigh-N.C.-based sex toy company, is accused by the EEOC of violating federal sex discrimination laws by refusing to hire male sales associates.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Sept. 12 lawsuit says a man interested in open sales positions at two Adam & Eve stores was told that men were only hired for stocking positions.
