Sex Harassment, Retaliation Alleged in Philly Councilman’s Office

A former administrative assistant for Philadelphia Councilmember Brian O’Neill (R) says in a new federal lawsuit that she was subjected to co-worker sexual harassment so bad she developed mental health problems and later was unfairly moved to a different work location an hour from her home.

Linda Trush says in her suit against the city that the move came after she returned to the councilmember’s office after a three-month medical leave she needed as a result of Henry Shain’s unwanted touching and sexual advances.
