An advocacy group known for standing up for victims of sexual harassment is widening its reach to promote pay equity, using its reputation and network to combat unequal power structures in the workplace.
TIME’S UP, an organization born out of the global #MeToo wave after movie producer Harvey Weinstein’s Hollywood demise highlighted the pervasiveness of workplace sexual harassment, is looking at shareholder activism as a strategy to level the playing field for workers across industries.
