Sex-and-Age Bias Ruling Shows Reach of LGBT Worker Case

A Tenth Circuit decision that allowed older female workers for a casino operator to sue their employer for discrimination based on a combination of sex and age shows the reach of the Supreme Court ruling in June on LGBT workers’ rights.
