Seven Employers Sued Just After Harassment Task Force Meeting

A patio screening company in Corsicana, Texas. A milk tea franchise based in Southern California. And a nationwide trucking company.

What do they have in common? They’re part of a group of employers recently alleged to have subjected one or more workers to sexual harassment.

That’s according to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which separately accused seven companies of violating their employees’ job rights, in a series of lawsuits filed since June 11.
