A Delaware senior living center with federal contracts agreed to pay $50,000 to settle Labor Department hiring discrimination claims on behalf of white and Hispanic nurse’s aid job applicants.
The conciliation agreement between the Millcroft Senior Living and the DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, posted Jan. 12, is one of a handful of settlements the contractor watchdog has reached with health-care providers that do business with the federal government.
