All available seasonal worker visas have been claimed for the first half of the upcoming fiscal year, US Citizenship and Immigration Services announced Wednesday.
USCIS said it received enough petitions to reach the 33,000 visa cap on H-2B visas for jobs starting before April 1, 2023. The final date for receipt of petitions under the cap was Sept. 12.
