Screen Actors Guild members voted to approve a new contract with Hollywood studios, securing a new three-year labor agreement worth more than $1 billion in compensation and benefits.
- The 160,000-member union approved new contracts covering television, theatrical and streaming TV production by a vote of 78.3% to 21.7%, according to a statement from the guild on Tuesday. Turnout for the vote was 38.2%.
