Saul Ewing has opened two offices in Los Angeles and Orange County, Calif., through a combination with law firm Freeman Freeman & Smiley, the firm announced Tuesday.
Freeman attorneys, recognized in the areas of real estate and trust and estates, have experience representing clients in the financial services, food and beverage, technology and retail, manufacturing and distribution industries, according to Saul Ewing.
The combined law firm now has 18 offices nationwide with over 400 attorneys, said Saul Ewing.
