Peter Markgren and Daryl Strohschein provided sufficient evidence for their claims to survive the motion to dismiss stage, the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin ruled Aug. 26.
Both Markgren and Strohschein sued Saputo for age and sex discrimination, and Markgren brought additional disability discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation claims. Saputo moved to dismiss all but the age-based claims, arguing that neither Markgren nor Strohschein included sufficient details.
