Salesforce’s Diversity Program Accused of Bias Against White Men

Software company Salesforce Inc. is facing allegations that it is engaging in unlawful race- and sex-based discrimination through its programs promoting diversity and equality.

The America First Legal Foundation, a group led by former senior Trump advisor Stephen Miller, asked the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Wednesday to launch an investigation into Salesforce’s “unlawful employment practices.”

It’s the group’s latest request to the federal civil rights agency, following the AFL’s other accusations that more than a dozen companies are violating anti-bias laws with their diversity programs, including Morgan Stanley, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, McDonald’s Corp., and Starbucks. ...
