Connecticut Superior Court Judge James Sicilian on Tuesday granted Steele’s motion for reconsideration of his Oct. 12 order dismissing the claims against Disney. Sicilian gave the parties 30 days to submit a joint plan for discovery limited to the court’s jurisdiction over the company.
