A federal district court in Georgia May 28 granted final approval of a settlement that requires candy maker Russell Stover Candies Inc. to pay more than $3 million to resolve the overtime claims of “sales representatives” who alleged their primary duty was receiving and stocking products at retail locations, rather than sales work (Carter v. Russell Stover Candies, Inc., N.D. Ga., No. 13-cv-1552, final approval).
