Ruby Tuesday Agrees to Settle Tip Credit Claims for Up to $485K

Current and former servers and bartenders at Ruby Tuesday Inc. are set to share a proposed minimum wage class action settlement of up to $485,000.

The agreement includes payouts to 215 current and former employees at locations throughout the country. It covers employees who were part of a separate lawsuit involving only the Ruby Tuesday location in New York City’s Times Square. That lawsuit was dismissed so they could could join this case.
