Bloomberg BNA compiled the following list of Wage and Hour Division settlements and legal actions from court documents and the Labor Department’s published statements.

  • Allied Foundation Specialists Inc., a construction contractor in Deer Park, Texas, will pay $682,318 in back wages to 161 employees, the Labor Department announced May 2. Allied’s workers averaged 45 hours per week during five-day workweeks and 53 hours per week during six-day workweeks, a Wage and Hour Division investigation found.
