  • EEOC v. Maxim Healthcare Servs., Inc., W.D. Pa., docket number, consent decree filed 12/1/02. Statute: Americans with Disabilities Act. Cause of Action: Disability discrimination. Relief: $75,000; implement EEO policies and procedures; revise health status statement form to prevent inadvertent disclosure of medical information; retain vocational rehabilitation expert or other third-party consultant to provide ADA training; record-keeping, reporting and other requirements.
