SETTLEMENTS

EEOC v. Greektown Casino LLC, E.D. Mich., No. 2:16-cv-13540, consent decree signed 1/23/18. Statute: Americans with Disabilities Act. Cause of Action: Disability discrimination. Relief: $140,000; maintain policies concerning disability discrimination, continue to make them available to current employees, and distribute them to each new employee at time of hire; notice-posting, training, reporting, and other requirements. Term of decree: Two years.
