SETTLEMENTS

EEOC v. Granite Mesa Health Ctr. Ltd., W.D. Tex., No. 1:16-cv-01113, consent decree filed 2/8/17. Statute: Americans with Disabilities Act. Causes of Action: Disability discrimination; retaliation. Relief: $70,000; provide at least two hours of ADA training to all employees at Marble Falls, Texas, facility; notice-posting and other requirements. Term of decree: Two years.
