Rocket Mortgage LLC and loan officers who say it stiffed them on overtime payments asked a federal judge to approve a settlement providing workers with up to $3.5 million.
The maximum deal amount includes up to $1 million in attorneys’ fees and court costs and ensures workers in the Fair Labor Standards Act collective receive at least $25 each, according to an agreement filed alongside the parties’ settlement notice in the US District Court for the District of Arizona.
