Rite Aid Corp. and plaintiffs’ counsel in 15 wage and hour suits filed on behalf of drug store assistant managers and co-managers have reached a $20.9 million settlement of the current and former employees’ claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and various state laws, the parties announced June 19 (Craig v. Rite Aid Corp.).
