Union organizing soared in 2022, with unions winning more than 600 elections in the first half of the year—the highest tally in nearly 20 years, according to Bloomberg Law’s database of election statistics.
Unions also organized more than double the number of individual workers compared to the same period last year, an astonishing 43,092.
