Ricoh USA, California Workers Reach $2.2 Million Labor Deal

The Northern District of California gave preliminary approval to a $2.2 million settlement between Ricoh USA Inc. and its California workers, who alleged various violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and California law.

The deal will resolve claims brought by Augusto de Leon individually and on behalf of other technology service technicians, field support representatives, and individuals who worked in California between 2000 and 2017 for Ricoh USA, a global electronics and office equipment company.
