Robert F. Kennedy Jr. should be removed from the Michigan ballot for the November election, the Court of Appeals ruled Friday in a case that reached the state’s highest court later the same day.

A three-judge panel wrote in an opinion that Kennedy, who has ended his third-party campaign for president and threw his support behind former President Donald Trump, is entitled to his removal request, which was denied late last month by the office of Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D). The opinion reverses a decision from Tuesday by a state Court of Claims judge.
