The Restaurant Law Center joined other industry groups supporting the Labor Department’s new rule expanding the ability of small businesses and self-employed individuals to form associations to obtain health insurance.
The center supports the DOL’s request to dismiss a challenge to its health plan rule brought by attorneys general of 11 states and the District of Columbia, according to its Nov. 30 request to file a friend-of-the-court brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
