Labor board prosecutors will seek stronger remedies in settlements to resolve unfair labor practice cases that involve employers enforcing illegal workplace rules or contract terms.
Beyond just rescinding rules or terms that violate federal labor law, National Labor Relations Board regional staffers should seek make-whole relief that addresses the effects of their enforcement, NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo said in a memo.
