Employers seeking to hire high-skilled foreign workers on H-1B visas will be able to start registering for the fiscal 2023 lottery March 1, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced Friday.
Petitioners will have until March to register for the guest worker visas and pay a $10 fee. If enough registrations are received, USCIS will notify winners of the lottery on March 31 so that they can submit applications.
