Region 13 Wins Injunction Against Indiana Distribution Center

US District Court Judge Philip P. Simon granted the Region 13 petition for injunctive relief, concluding that List Industries in Munster, Ind., engaged in unfair labor practices to discourage union organizing, the NLRB announced Thursday.

The judge determined that Region 13 established a reasonable likelihood of prevailing before the National Labor Relations Board to prove that the company unlawfully suspended and fired the two lead union supporters as well as increased scrutiny before the election, the agency said.
