Red Robin International Sued for Sexual Harassment, Retaliation

Red Robin International, Inc. faces a sexual harassment, retaliation, and constructive discharge lawsuit from the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for allegedly allowing a male line cook to sexually harass female employees despite repeated complaints in Everett, Wash.

The casual dining chain allegedly failed to take effective action after multiple complaints of sexual harassment and verbal retaliation were reported to management, the agency said Thursday.
