Randstad Agrees to Pay $1.25 Million To Resolve Unpaid Overtime Class Action

The engineering division of Randstad Professionals US LP, the third largest staffing organization in the U.S., agreed Feb. 26 to pay up to $1.25 million to settle a proposed class and collective action brought against the company for allegedly failing to pay workers overtime pay (Haukland v. Think Resources, S.D. Cal., 3:14-cv-00145, motion for preliminary approval of settlement 2/26/15).
