Radiall USA Inc. can’t escape a jury verdict that found it liable for retaliating against a worker for taking protected medical leave, a federal appeals court said Thursday.
The interconnect components manufacturer waived its argument that the district court should’ve used a more stringent causation standard for the retaliation claim, because the company itself requested that the jury be instructed on the more lenient standard that was used, the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit said in a summary order.
